Where are your items made?

All pieces are designed, manufactured and shipped from, Cape Town, South Africa.

Will you be restocking an item that is out of stock?

We try to only produce small units so we very rarely restock. Send us an email if you are looking for something that is sold out and we can find out if any of our stockist near you have that piece in stock.

How does shipping work?

Your order will be processed within 3-5 business days. Customers will receive an order confirmation as soon as their order has been processed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is packaged and on its way to you. All orders are dispatched will arrive at your given address within 3-5 working days provided that the product is in stock. If there are any delays you will be duly notified. We ask that you bare with us in the case of a a delay as we swiftly get your order to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at this time, sorry!

Where do you ship to?

Western Cape and the rest of South Africa. Parcels will be sent via courier to your door. For Local orders a selected fee will be charged. All orders will be processed during weekdays. All products ship from: Cape Town South Africa. Please enquire for wholesale prices and shipping rates through marci@palgoods.co

Are there shipping costs?

The shipping fee for purchases under 1kg is a flat rate of R100. Purchases over 1kg is R300. Customers within South Africa receive free shipping on orders greater than R1000.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible based on the current processing stage of your order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through our payment gateway - Paystack. Paystack is a 100% secure payment processor.

What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If you are interested in an out-of-stock product, feel free to leave us a message, and we will notify you when it is back in stock.

Where are your products made?

We develop, design and manufacture our full range of apparel, accessories and surfboards in South Africa. We insist that Pal Goods products are produced in pleasant working environments, adhering to decent labour standards and health and safety conditions. Supporting and empowering our local community is extremely important to us.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If your return request is granted you will be remunerated with a store credit for the value of the item/s that you have returned. Items on ‘sale’ are not eligible for a return.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for a different size, colour, or another item of equal value or opt for store credit. If you are not in Cape Town, you must courier the items back to our Pal Goods HQ and we will process the return once we receive the items. If you are wishing to exchange your item for a different size, we will issue you with a gift card for the value of your item once we have received and inspected your returned item/s. Your store credit amount will be the value of the item you purchased minus courier fees. You can then reorder the new item you would like.

Refunds

Refunds may be requested in the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, however, this is very rare as each order is thoroughly inspected before leaving our studio. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email. If approved, you will be given a store credit to the value of your returned item/s. The credit will be processed within 3-5 working days.
